Recent Happenings Green Meadow Farm

October 2005: Widget was sold to Jenna Johns of Florida.  We wish them well!

August 2005:   Perseus helped Tracie complete her USDF silver medal.

May 2005: Widget (3-yo mare - Winterprinz X Roemer) was started under saddle, and is proving to be quite a star! 

May 2005: Tracie and Perseus took 1st place at Fourth level test 1 at the Heart of the Valley Dressage show at Devonwood.

April, 2005: Sabrina (Bree) delivered a beautiful Jazz colt, chestnut with chrome.  His name will be "All that Jazz" (Ali)

June, 2004: Sabrina (Bree) is confirmed in foal for 2005 with Broere Jazz

April, 2004: Sabrina (Bree) delivered a gorgeous filly by 007

March, 2004: Today (TJ) delivered a beautiful filly by Broere Jazz

September, 2002: Perseus and Tracie recieved Reserve Champion Adult Amateur at 3rd Level, Oregon Dressage Society Championships

July 12 - 14, 2002: Champagne Classic Dressage Show - Picture of Perseus and Tracie.

June 30, 2002:  Green Meadow's 2-yo filly Today ("TJ") was awarded Grand Champion Dressage Sporthorse at the Letter Perfect Dressage Show.  TJ is and imported filly by Lancet out of a Joost mare, and was bred by H. J. Rotink in Holland.  We are looking forward to a wonderful future with this mare!

June 21, 2002: Marka delivered a beautiful filly by Winterprinz.  Pictures on the sale page!

April 29, 2002: Green Meadow Farm is mourning the loss of our performance gelding, World of Disney.  "Dizzie" lost a battle with colic, and will be missed by all who loved him.

March 22, 2002: As Spring arrives (very slowly!) we are making the preparations for Marka's new foal, as well as selecting the stallions for breeding this year.  This year, Marka will be bred to Olympic Ferro and Sabrina will be bred to Jazz.

August 11, 2001: Marquesse ("Marka") is CONFIRMED IN FOAL to Winterprinz.  Marka was bred immediately upon her arrival to Oregon, and is doing exceptionally well!  She is due in June-02.

July 1, 2001: Green Meadow welcomes a new broodmare from the east coast.  Marquesse is a fabulously bred (Roemer x Condus) 1994 NA/WPN mare.   I am particularly excited about this mare, as Roemer has been a long time favorite of mine.  Marquesse should arrive in mid July.  Check back for pics!

June 15, 2001: Casual Qualifier PICS

Feb. 14th, 2001 brought the addition of "Today" to Green Meadow Farm.   Today ("TJ") is a 2000 Lancet X Joost filly imported from Reesink Horses in Holland.  She will be a performance prospect as well as future broodmare.
