Our Team
Tracie Bjugan
Owner, Instructor, Trainer
As a young girl, Tracie was always horse-crazy, but didn't have the opportunity to pursue her passion. As an adult, Tracie embarked on the wonderful journey of horsemanship, and never looked back. First as an eventer and jumper, Tracie discovered dressage and was hooked. She competed as an amateur for many years, and then decided to make it a career. Tracie holds USDF Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals, in addition to several championship placings.
Courtney Erb Lewis
Barn Manager/Groom
Courtney got her first pony at age 6 and was instantly hooked. Throughout high school and college she competed successfully in both eventing and dressage. Courtney has a degree in horticulture and Landscape Architecture, but is an equestrian at heart. Her 3½ year old daughter, Lucy, seems to have inherited the horse "bug". Courtney has a thoroughbred of 18 years, a new pony, two cats, 3 chickens and a very supportive husband. We are excited to have her on the GMF team!!
Greeter
Taboo
Taboo, the official greeter, takes her job very seriously. She is the first to greet everyone who comes in the gate. We all wish we could have the perpetual happy mood that Taboo possesses! Horses and humans alike, Taboo is the first to offer a kiss on the nose. Then, of course, she looks for treats.
Megan Fagliano
Assistant Trainer
Megan is a USDF Silver and Bronze medalist. She started as a young rider and discovered her passion for dressage very early. Megan brought her own horse, William, to Prix St. Georges level and the pair competed very successfully. Megan then attended college, and after graduation, is back in the saddle again. Green Meadow Farm is very lucky to have Megan on our team moving forward!
Doodle
Mouser extraordinaire
Doodle is the rodent maintenance crew. Always on the prowl for food, Doodle prefers to catch and kill his prey with an audience.... yuck... but there are no mice in the barn!! :)
